1. Services & Custom Builds

• Nature of Customization: KWmod specializes in modifying existing timepieces (such as Seiko - G-Shock or Build your own watch). These are independent modifications and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original manufacturers.

• Accuracy of Specs: We strive for absolute precision in our descriptions regarding materials like forged carbon, titanium, and rose gold. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of custom modding.

2. DIY Kits & Liability

• User Responsibility: Our DIY watch-building kits are intended for hobbyists. KWmod is not responsible for any damage caused to the parts or movement during the customer's assembly process.

• Technical Support: While we provide guidance for DIY kits, successful assembly depends on the user's skill and tool handling.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Currency: All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment Completion: Orders will only be processed once full payment is confirmed through our secure gateways (K-Net/Credit Card/Cash).

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for custom builds based on the fluctuating cost of premium components and Swiss-made movements.

4. Intellectual Property

• Branding: "KWmod" and all associated logos, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of the KWmod brand.

• Usage: You may not use our brand imagery or custom designs for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• Warranty Scope: Our one-year mechanical warranty covers the internal movement and our specific modifications. It does not cover water damage beyond the rated depth or damage from external impact.

• Original Warranty: Please note that modifying a watch typically voids the original manufacturer’s warranty. By purchasing a KWmod custom, you acknowledge this trade-off for a personalized timepiece.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
