Refunds & Returns Policy

At KWmod, we stand behind the quality of our custom timepieces and DIY kits. Our policy is designed to protect your rights while accounting for the specialized nature of our modified products.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Standard Products (DIY Kits & Parts): You have the right to return or exchange unused items within 14 daysof receipt.

  • Watch Services & Custom Builds: Under Kuwaiti law, watches and precious items are subject to a shortened 24-hour return window from the time of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original luxury packaging, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and the KWmod Authenticity/Warranty card.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order confirmation must be presented.

3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Consistent with local regulations, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized/Engraved Items: Any watch or part that has been specifically engraved or laser-marked at your request.

  • Misused Goods: Items showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or unauthorized "home repairs" that were not part of a guided DIY kit process.

4. Defective or Non-Compliant Goods

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping/collection for defective items within Kuwait.

  • Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

5. Refund Process

  • Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (K-Net, Credit Card, etc, PayPal or Cash on delivery).

  • Timeline: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will typically be issued within 3 to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Fees: Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a KWmod error or a defective product.

Note: We recommend inspecting your timepiece or kit immediately upon delivery. For any disputes, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) guidelines serve as the final authority.
